What if I receive a damaged candle or candle product?
Please call us immediately at 830-995-4226 or 830-992-3010 and let us assist you with this issue. We must be notified of any damage within 5 business days of your order receipt, in order to comply with the claims process required by our shipping company. We hope you understand.
What if I receive a candle I would like to return?
We want you to be satisfied with your order! To receive a full refund, you must return your purchase, unused and in new condition, within 30 days of purchase. We do not provide a return shipping label and your return must include all the original packaging and accessories. Credit will be posted to your credit card account or a refund issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials. What if I burn a new candle and do not like the fragrance?
We are sorry you feel that way, but we cannot give a refund on used candles. We think all of our candles have a wonderful scent, but people tend to smell things a bit differently. Please consider gifting the candle to someone who likes the fragrance and order a different one.
